Questions & Answers . . .

Why hire a Wedding Videographer?

What do you wear?

The one thing you will hear over and OVER again, from people who have been married is that their day was AMAZING, but it goes by so FAST! Weddings bring some of the best moments in your families history. Rarely do so many important people in your life come together for such a happy event. With video, you can save and re-live all the special moments of your day!

What type of equipment do you use?

We wear professional attire. The general idea is for us to be comfortable and able to blend in as much as possible. If special attire is required, we will accommodate any requests whenever possible. Understand, of course, that no one will ever show up looking less than professional to your event.

How do I make sure all the events at

my Wedding are captured?

We use only HD cameras, shooting directly to a hard drive which ensures the footage is the best possible for the finished product. We take pride in our work and we want it to last. Our editing equipment is the latest and greatest with our computers and top rated software. We put money back into our company and we constantly upgrade our equipment and software to keep up with technology.

How long do we have to wait for the

finished film?

We aim to get you your Wedding Video as quickly as possible while maintaining our high quality of work. Our contract states up to 6 weeks, however generally you can expect a finished product around 4 weeks.

Can we order more DVD's for

friends and family?

Of course! Additional  DVDs can be purchased for $10.00 each plus shipping or $15.00 each for Blu-Rays.

Can I purchase raw, unedited footage?

We don't give out or sell raw footage as in industry standard. Most of the footage is duplicate footage just from a different angle. All moments are captured in your final DVD and not edited out of the final production.

What will my final DVD be like?

For the "The Vows" package you will receive filming of your entire Wedding Ceremony from processional to recessional, with location shots along with your guests.  "The Vows & Reception" package is everything from "The Vows" package and 3 hours of film at your Wedding Reception (all the highlighted events). Your completed DVD will have a breakdown of your Wedding Ceremony - the amount of footage will just depend on the length of your ceremony, the Wedding Reception - again this would include all the key events filmed, the length really depends on all your events (usually this reception portion is 45 mins). "The Vows & Reception PLUS" package, is everything from "The Vows & Reception" package with a Video Montage. This video is a combination of all the events filmed, it's created to a song around 3-5 mins.

Do you require a meal on the Wedding

day?

Yes, usually we are very occupied on the day so a meal will be very much appreciated. Furthermore, most reception venues do have a vendor meal option that will be more than enough for us.

Do you use bright lights?

We want to insure that we provide you with the highest quality Wedding video. Sometimes that means using lights. The most common use is during the reception. We use lights to make sure everything is crisp and clean. We do understand that you want romantic lighting, so we only use lights when needed and turn them off when not required.

How is your audio picked up?

We have digital recording equipment that can connect into any sound system, or we provide a wireless microphone in which we can attach to your officiant. Please check with your facility, dj, and/or officiant to get approval. Otherwise, we will use camera mics to pick up the ambient audio. Please note, audio can be hard to hear if the wind, birds, fans, soft spoken person, vehicles, or any other audible sounds that may be picked up.

How do I reserve my date?

set up?
